It depends on the cargo, the completeness of your documents and any checks required. Sending complete, consistent paperwork early is the best way to avoid delays. We keep you updated at each stage.

Yes. You can submit your request with what you have and add missing documents later. Cargo cannot be fully processed until the required paperwork is in, so the sooner the better.

Ports and shipping lines usually allow a limited free period before storage or container charges may apply. Check the position for your shipment with us so you can plan collection and delivery in time.

Open the Track Cargo page and enter your container number, BL number or SHEHEN tracking ID. You will see the shipment status and timeline. The tracking on this website currently uses demo data, so contact SHEHEN with your reference for live updates.

Check the number for typos. Container numbers have four letters followed by seven digits. New shipments can take a while to appear after booking. If it still does not show, contact us with your reference.
