What each stage means
- Shipment received — SHEHEN has your shipment details.
- Documents verified — your paperwork has been checked.
- Vessel arrived — the cargo has reached the port.
- Customs processing — clearance is being worked on.
- Cargo released — cleared and ready to move.
- In transit / Delivered — on the road, then at its destination.
Can’t find your shipment?
- Check the number for typos — container numbers have 4 letters then 7 digits.
- New shipments can take time to appear after booking.
